A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy meeting new people and start by making my client feel welcomed, heard , not judged and ready to tackle what they are struggling with. While I utilize many therapy styles I frequently engage in cognitive -behavioral, family systems and solution focused therapy to help clients succeed at achieving their goals.

During the first couple of sessions, clients and I develop a treatment plan of goals based on what the client is looking to achieve, in order to live their best life.
