Great to meet you!

Life doesn't always give you time to prepare for what comes next. Sometimes you're navigating a loss, a change in your family, a relationship challenge, a major health experience, or a new stage of life you never expected. I'm a therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and families make sense of difficult seasons, reconnect with their strengths, and find a path forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move through change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, creative, and grounded in practical tools you can use in everyday life. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and strengths-based therapy, tailoring our work to your needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula. Together, we'll explore what's happening, build healthier coping strategies, and identify the strengths you can draw on as you move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to slow down, get to know each other, and understand what you're experiencing. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where your experiences are taken seriously and you don't have to have everything figured out. Whether you're working through grief, a relationship or family change, or another major life transition, we'll create a plan that helps you feel more confident and equipped for what comes next.
