Great to meet you!

Life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from our true selves. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help you break free from limiting beliefs and past traumas that may be holding you back. My approach is compassionate and humanistic, guiding you toward self-awareness, healing, and lasting change.

I work with people from all walks of life, having served clients in recovery, incarceration, and both inpatient and outpatient settings. When you are ready, I will be your guide to help you fully invest in yourself as you examine the mind-body connection and work together to heal past hurts, habits, and hangups.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is unique in that I integrate metaphysical elements—such as energy psychology—into our sessions when appropriate, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body. I use traditional treatment interventions (such as CBT and Person-Centered Therapy) as well as more holistic treatment modalities (such as Emotional Freedom Techniques) to support you on your journey of self-exploration and healing. I incorporate mindfulness, distress tolerance skills, and self-compassion practices to help you manage anxiety and build resilience.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy with me is a collaborative process, where I guide you in identifying patterns, setting goals, and developing coping strategies. In our first few sessions, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy, clarify your goals, and assess what strategies have (or have not) helped in the past.

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and validated. I prioritize building a trusting relationship, allowing you to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I provide honest, compassionate feedback while challenging unhelpful thought patterns. My role is to help you gain insight into your experiences and empower you to make meaningful changes.

I am passionate about this work because I love seeing my clients thrive. If you’re ready to step into a more empowered version of yourself, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
