A bit about my approach to therapy

With Hawaiian roots and training from Yale/Brown, I offer holistic therapy for trauma, emotion dysregulation, depression, & anxiety. With expertise in mindfulness, exposure therapy, and CBT, I specialize in supporting clients through complex trauma, including childhood attachment issues, to assisting first responders dealing with depression and PTSD.
