Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout the process. My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, combining evidence-based practices with deep respect for your unique experiences, needs, and goals.

My style is eclectic and integrative, drawing from EMDR, somatic and parts-based approaches, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll work to better understand patterns, process difficult experiences, build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change—at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and right for you.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change. Through secure, convenient telehealth, I support clients navigating trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, perinatal mental health, military experiences, anxiety, stress, and depression.

Whether you’re working through past experiences, adjusting to a new season of life, struggling in a relationship, or trying to better understand yourself and your patterns, therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel understood, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself while developing practical tools and deeper insight for meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your concerns, identify your goals, and begin developing a personalized approach to support your growth and well-being.
