Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Ann-Marie. I have been working primarily in mental health treating adults since 2017. Working both inpatient and outpatient has given me a unique look at mental health and how it effects each person differently. With that said, we will work together to find the best treatment to meet your individual goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting the client where they are on their mental health journey whether they are seeking treatment for the first time or need to refine their coping skills and strategies. I consider my approach positive, welcoming, and goal oriented. I tailor treatment to each individual depending on their treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

You will receive treatment in a non judgmental environment. I will help guide you through life's inevitable challenges and changes. I will help you see things through a different perspective and help you become the best version of yourself.
