As a passionate PMHNP with over a decade of experience across inpatient, outpatient, addictions, crisis intervention, and developmental disability services, I bring a well-rounded, culturally sensitive approach to care. My journey began in banking, where leadership and communication shaped how I now connect with clients in healthcare. I specialize in trauma, depression, PTSD, anxiety and schizophrenia, and am dedicated to guiding clients through transformative healing.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and empowerment driven. I believe in meeting individuals where they are emotionally, culturally, and psychologically, using both pharmacological and non-pharmacological tools. I incorporate evidence-based therapies including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Somatic Therapy, always with an open-minded and solution-focused lens.
