Great to meet you!

Welcome!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe caring for your mental health is an important part of building a stable and fulfilling life. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take that first step. I work with children, teens, and adults, offering compassionate support for a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, divorce, faith transitions, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, and gender identity exploration.

My approach to therapy

Everyone comes to therapy with their own story. My approach is individualized and collaborative, and I see therapy as a partnership. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. I’m here to listen, to offer support and perspective, and to help you navigate change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session where you’ll have space to share your story and what brings you to therapy. We’ll take our time and work together to identify your goals. My priority is creating a warm, welcoming environment where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable being open. In the sessions that follow, we’ll continue working together to help you move toward the changes you’re hoping for.
