Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I am licensed in the State of Wyoming. I graduated from Walla Walla University with a Master of Social Work. I have over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Grief & Loss, and managing stress and the development of healthier coping skills.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to build a strong client-clinician partnership which starts with respect, empathy, and genuine understanding. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Grief & Loss Counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

Some outcomes that may be achieved are identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. Goals to include emotional regulation, reduction in anxiety and depression and to develop healthier coping strategies. Will incorporate mindfulness to help clients stay present and reduce stress. Will support clients in processing the emotional impact of loss and to assist in the ability to adjust to life after loss. My goal is to create a warm, caring, and respectful atmosphere in every interaction and to provide a space where clients are seen, heard, and empowered.
