Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Anna — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor. Since earning my graduate degree from Newman University in 2012, I’ve been committed to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. In our work together, my priority is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

I value collaboration and believe that therapy is a partnership — we’ll work together to discover what feels right for you and chart a path forward. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life changes, I’m here to help you uncover your strengths and build lasting resilience.

What you can expect from me

In each session, my focus is on helping you leave feeling heard, supported, and understood. I see therapy as a journey we take side by side — exploring what matters most to you and finding the path that feels right for your growth and healing. Before we wrap up, we’ll take a moment to reflect on what felt most helpful and talk through next steps, so you always feel grounded and clear about where we’re headed together.
