Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years experience working with adolescents and enjoy working with this age group. I see ages 14 years through the lifespan in-person or virtually.

I am trained in EMDR, a therapeutic treatment for trauma. I offer EMDR therapy to any clients, however, specifically for women who have experienced trauma and distress from a breast cancer journey. As a survivor, I know the emotional & physical toll chronic illness and treatment can take on an individual.

My approach to therapy

No matter where you are in life, reaching out can be intimidating. I offer a warm environment where together we can explore your unique needs and goals. I believe each of us has life experience that we can use as building blocks to change.

What you can expect from me

I will always let you, as the client, drive our sessions based on what you have on your heart or mind. However, I can also sit in the driver's seat as a guide. Your goals and needs are the focus in our sessions. I also like you to leave our sessions with something you can integrate into your life until we see eachother next. These little bits of "homework" allow clients to take positive steps in daily life.
