Great to meet you!

I believe that when looking for a psychotherapist, their experience is Paramount. I have 30+ years of experience in helping people and an arsenal of interventions to skillfully direct individuals toward self discovery and wholeness. My approach is highly compassionate and I hope intelligent, smile, with an understanding that all people have a higher self. Life can be a bumpy road which creates protectors and defenses that can block the higher self, I use cutting edge processes to help those parts that create defenses to relax, allowing people to finally recover their higher or True self. I practice these methods with individuals, couples and I have extensive experience in doing group therapy with eight people or less in intimate group settings.

If all of this sounds lofty, it really is not but, on the other hand, I am also well practiced in practical life coaching.

My approach to therapy

Because I have been in the psychotherapy field for such a long time, I have multidimensional approaches that I use with people, depending upon my analysis of their needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about tapping into you and finding out what is the primary need in order to create a path for an openness for further interventions and therapies to be used. I also am certified as a healthcare coach.
