Great to meet you!

I would love to help you. I have practiced for 30 years with individuals and couples dealing with addiction, codependency, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, bipolar and anger. I use EMDR, neurotherapy. I attended Santa Clara University for my Counseling Psychology Masters Degree. I am married and have 3 adopted teenagers.

My approach to therapy

I take an initial one or two intake sessions to get to know you. I find out quickly what you would like help with and we create a treatment plan.

You can expect to feel encouraged, educated and be given clear steps forward for how to make progress in your area of struggle, I am a warm and loving person. I enjoy people greatly. Our sessions can be fun and light, while others deal with the pain and struggle. I building trusting relationships with clients in order to help you feel safe in taking steps forward.
