Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, empathy and evidence-based care. I have extensive experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress-related concerns and difficult life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I have helped clients manage symptoms of depression and anxiety, cope with major life changes, improve self-esteem and build resilience during times of uncertainty. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strengths-based approaches and solution-focused interventions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be a welcoming, supportive and judgment-free space where they can share their story at their own pace. My priority is to get to know you as a person as we work together to understand your symptoms or challenges.

During our first meeting, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal strengths and the goals you wish to achieve. I'll also ask you questions about your background and experiences to better understand the factors that have shaped your life. Together, we'll begin identifying a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs, values and goals.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating but you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to help you feel heard, respected and supported as we work together toward meaningful and lasting change.
