Great to meet you!

I received my Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience from UCLA and then received my Master of Social Work from USC with a concentration in Children, Youth and Families. I utilize Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) while incorporating both attachment and relational-cultural theory. I operate from a strengths-forward lens and believe that safety and trust are of the utmost importance in the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

My priority is understanding my client and exploring their thought processes, underlying emotions, and defense mechanisms. I am direct as a therapist, because I would rather seek clarification than make assumptions. Even though I am direct, I am also gentle and warm.

What you can expect from me

My goal for every client is to deepen their understanding of themselves and to prioritize their peace (and fun!)
