Great to meet you!

Using a trauma-informed lens, I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, addiction, grief, loss, and trauma, including medical trauma. I also support people healing from narcissistic abuse, which can quietly erode self-worth and make relationships feel unsafe long after they've ended. I came to this work because I believe people carrying this much weight deserve a space that takes it seriously without making them feel broken for struggling. If any of this sounds like where you are right now, I'd be glad to talk with you.

My approach to therapy

Described by my clients as caring and compassionate, I strive to help each person become the best version of themselves. I'll meet you with acceptance, honoring who you are today while supporting who you aspire to become. In practice, that means drawing on CBT, EMDR, psychodynamic work, and attachment-based approaches depending on what you need session to session, not a single fixed method. I believe true healing involves the whole person, mind, body, and soul, so we'll pay attention to all three, not just the thoughts in your head. My goal is for therapy to feel like steady, consistent support, not something you have to brace for each week.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goals are simple: to get to know you in a space that feels warm and safe, and to understand what brought you here and what you're hoping for from therapy. I'll share a bit about how I work so you know what to expect going forward, and together we'll start shaping a plan toward those goals. You won't need to have everything figured out before we start. My hope is that you leave that first session feeling like you've been truly heard.
