A bit about my approach to therapy

Dr. Anna Berin and her staff help clients to address a myriad of mental health concerns and challenges. These include, but are not limited to anxiety and depression, adjustment disorders, childhood behavioral disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and life transitions. Modalities practiced are both evidenced based and inclusive of the whole person. Dr. Anna Berin focuses on working collaboratively with clients to identify and address underlying issues, as well as to reduce symptoms.
