Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Montana with nearly four years of experience providing mental health treatment in both inpatient substance use and outpatient mental health settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. While I primarily work with individual adults, I also enjoy supporting couples as they strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen their connection. I am currently expanding my expertise through certification in couples counseling to better serve clients seeking healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

My approach to therapy

I provide a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, trauma, emotional regulation, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), while tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. Together, we'll identify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, process difficult experiences, develop practical coping skills, and work toward lasting emotional well-being. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition or seeking to better understand yourself, I'm here to help you build resilience, strengthen self-confidence, and create a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to gain from counseling, and what feels most important for us to focus on. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and sharing at your own pace. Because I take a person-centered approach, you won’t be expected to arrive with everything figured out or know exactly what you need from therapy. We’ll work together to identify your goals and determine what approach will be most helpful for you. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and confident that we have a plan for moving forward together.
