Great to meet you!

Whether you're going through a difficult life transition, seeking personal growth, or trying to improve your relationships, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way. As your therapist, my goal is to help you gain insight, build resiliency, and develop tools to create a more fulfilling and balanced life. I believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing. Change is not a linear process but I believe it is a rewarding one and I am looking forward to helping support you through the journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized to your needs, values, and identity. I work with you in order to help you recognize your strengths and overcome the challenges that you feel you need to address. In sessions, I pull from a variety of tools and techniques to help you get to the heart of what is going on and to find effective strategies so that you can move forward with lasting change. My experience includes outpatient therapy for individuals and couples, school counseling, in-home family therapy, and facilitating anger management and relationship courses.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are new to therapy or a seasoned client, my greatest priority is to make you feel comfortable, safe, and heard so that you can show up as your authentic self. I approach the therapeutic relationship with tremendous respect for you as an individual, which includes any aspect of your past, your culture, and your identity. Come as you are and you will be welcomed into a space that makes you feel appreciated for you.
