As a clinical social worker, I strive to approach therapy from a holistic point of view that allows you to connect your mind, body and spirit in a way that promotes whole body healing. It is my goal to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are given room to access your wisdom, reflect and expand self-awareness. I am committed to creating an environment that is respectful and affirming of all abilities, races, genders and sexual orientations.

I provide treatment services to adolescents and adults affected by a range of of concerns, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life transitions and relationship issues. I specialize in complex trauma and am trained in EMDR.
