Accepting new clients in NY and WA states seeking a Psychiatric Evaluation, Individual Therapy with Medication Management, or Medication Management only. I am currently not accepting clients seeking Therapy-only services. Afternoon and evening hours available. I am a licensed, nationally board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner trained at Columbia University with expertise treating a range of Serious and Persistent Mental Health issues and 10+ years of clinical experience built at the top two major medical centers in Manhattan. I welcome all races, cultures, and genders.

My practice focuses on treating adults with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, or Complex Trauma (C-PTSD). Other than the modalities listed separately below, evidence-based interventions may also include Trauma-Responsive care and counseling, Psychopharmacology (the use of medications to help treat mental health conditions, if appropriate), health- and psycho-education, and therapeutic support in a non-judgmental, thoughtful, and safe space.

Our first session after the consult is a Psychiatric Evaluation where we discuss current problems, your history, diagnoses, and treatment options. Together, we generate a tailored care plan and schedule follow ups accordingly and directly. The times listed here are for the complimentary consult.
