I specialize in maternal mental health and anxiety, working with you to provide a safe place to talk and find support. With a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused treatment, and mindfulness, I will work with you to navigate this journey in the most supportive way possible. I also practice dance movement therapy and can incorporate this into sessions when appropriate/wanted.
