Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm Anna. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a therapist, I bring a calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence to the work I do with my clients. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, challenges, and strengths.

I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, family systems, and solution-focused techniques. I also bring a deep respect for cultural values and practices into my work, ensuring therapy is inclusive, relevant, and meaningful.

What you can expect from our first session

What Clients Can Expect in Sessions with Me

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you are met with empathy, curiosity, and respect. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, meaning we’ll work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

You can expect:

  • A safe, welcoming environment where your story is honored without pressure or judgment.
  • Personalized, evidence-based care, drawing from modalities like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches—tailored to your unique needs and goals.
  • Active collaboration, where we regularly check in on what’s working, what’s not, and adjust our path as needed.
  • Practical tools and insights that you can use between sessions to support real-life change and emotional growth.
  • A focus on strengths, resilience, and helping you reconnect with your values and inner resources.
  • Cultural sensitivity and humility, where your identity, background, and lived experience are respected and integrated into our work.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.
