Great to meet you!

My clinical experience includes working extensively with individuals coping with severe chronic illness or trauma, or who may be at the end of their journeys.

Major life changes affect one's identity as well as the social structures of which they are a part. The services she offers are uniquely tailored to each individual and their support system to help them improve their quality of life, navigate community resources, and build stronger relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic style of therapy and draw from various techniques that are grounded in the latest research to create balance in the therapeutic relationship and to tailor the therapy to your needs. Much of my clinical philosophy is based on drawing from your strengths and centering your needs.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to empower individuals so that they can advocate for themselves outside of therapy. This might include drawing from their resources in their community or strengthening boundaries. Building support networks or scaling down social activities. Finding ways to fit in meaningful activities or saying "no" to taking on additional responsibilities.
