I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I completed my Doctorate of Nursing Practice at the University of Washington. I have experience working with patients from all walks of life, and in various life stages. I work with patients who have ADHD, anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, and more.

My approach to therapy

I believe in patient centered care and seek to guide patients towards solutions based on what is most important to them. I believe that my patient’s know themselves the best and aim to provide education and support as needed. I help patients navigate psychopharmacology, and what tailor treatment to each individual.

In our first session we will talk about your background and what brings you in, as well as your goals. We will use this information to come up with a plan together to improve your mental health.
