Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers a supportive space for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and chronic illness. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and culturally responsive support for clients from diverse backgrounds. I attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and obtained my Master's in Movement Therapy and Counseling. I have worked in numerous settings including a crisis treatment center, residential and community based treatment centers, inpatient hospitals, and out patient clinics with clients from across the lifespan (ages 2-70 yrs).

A bit about my approach to therapy

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I often integrate somatic approaches, positive psychology, and strength-based practices to support Holistic healing.

What you can expect from our first session

My path to becoming a therapist was inspired by a simple belief: when people are given the opportunity, new possibilities begin to emerge. That belief is reflected in my practice name Open Skies, a reminder that healing can create room for hope, freedom, and a renewed sense of purpose: like an open sky full of possibility. I have a deep respect for each person’s unique journey, and a heartfelt commitment to helping you rediscover your own resilience and capacity for change.
