Great to meet you!

I am a mental health therapist with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and strive to provide a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. My approach is tailored to each person's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices to help clients develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that each person's experiences and goals are unique. Using an eclectic, evidence-based approach, I tailor treatment to meet each client's individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method. My goal is to help clients feel understood, build on their strengths, and develop practical skills that support lasting growth and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what has brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process, while working together to identify goals that feel meaningful to you. My priority is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.
