Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are teens, college students, and young adults dealing with anxiety, school stress, social challenges, or major life transitions. Some feel overwhelmed, burned out, stuck, or unsure of their direction. Others struggle with perfectionism, mood changes, irritability, or managing emotions. Young adults may feel pressure to keep up while balancing responsibilities, relationships, and independence. Teens often face academic stress, social dynamics, and changing expectations at home and school. What they want most is to feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

With over a decade of experience in community mental health, schools, and private practice, I provide practical, compassionate therapy for teens and young adults. I help clients manage anxiety, build coping skills, improve confidence, and navigate challenges at school, work, and in relationships using strategies that apply to everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you are unsure what to expect. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you gain clarity, tools, and confidence. You do not have to handle it alone.
