Great to meet you!

I am a warm, compassionate therapist with over 10 years of experience working in mental health with both children and adults. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and families through moments of crisis, transition, and growth, always centering care that is human, respectful, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood—whether they are navigating acute stress, long-standing challenges, or simply seeking greater clarity and connection in their lives. My approach is grounded in empathy, practical support, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for resilience and change. Firmly LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to anti-fascist, anti-oppressive care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in both solution-focused and acceptance-based practices. I help clients identify what is already working, clarify their goals, and build practical strategies for change, while also making space to acknowledge and accept the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that cannot simply be “fixed.” Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, flexibility, and resilience—supporting you in moving toward a life that aligns with your values, even in the presence of challenges.

What you can expect from me

You might look like you’re functioning on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or quietly sad. When worry takes over your thoughts and the heaviness lingers, it can be exhausting to carry on your own. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and finally take a breath. Together, we’ll work to help life feel more manageable and aligned with who you are. Something inside you knows life doesn’t have to feel this hard—and that’s why you’re here.
