Great to meet you!

I believe that in addition to biology, we are each a product of our environment, social context, relationships, and life experiences. Therapy is an opportunity to explore these experiences, their impact on us, and recognize the pieces of life that are within our control. Through therapy, I support my clients in re-gaining a sense of agency over their lives and relationships, and ultimately increasing feelings of self-worth, meaning, and happiness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, supportive, active, and kind. I have experience working with adults, couples, children, and families. I especially enjoy working with new parents and families with young children. I have extensive training in working with the perinatal population and supporting women through pregnancy, the postpartum period, fertility issues, and perinatal loss. I also have specialized training in supporting couples and families dealing with relationship concerns.

What you can expect from me

Choosing to come to therapy is a meaningful choice. It is a first step towards restoring a sense of mastery, facilitating personal growth, and working towards a more satisfying life. I look forward to working with you!
