Anna Dickinson

I graduated from Liberty University in 2021. I am working towards a full certification in EMDR. I was trained in EMDR in 2023 and use the techniques to help my clients sooth their nervous system as well as process through difficult or confusing events that have occurred over their lifetimes.

I specialize in working with trauma and neurodivergence. As a neurodivergent myself, I know how frustrating it can be sometimes to live with that thinking process. I am very inquisitive and like to get to the root of the issues instead of staying surface level in order to empower each client to be able to face similar situations differently the next time they come up.

I like to leave clients each session with questions to think or journal about in order for them to be able to make their own revelations about their life experiences and thought processes between sessions.
