Great to meet you!

I am a non-dualistic therapist but before any label, I am a human being who experiences the same ups, downs, emotions and life challenges as every other human does at some point. So, I understand and work from the perspective of our sameness. I listen to each clients unique story and use my skills and intuition to assist each to inquire what is actually happening from the minds point of view so that they can consider alternative ways of thinking and navigating whatever they are struggling with.

My approach to therapy

I see each person as a beautiful piece to a magnificent puzzle. The size of the piece or its location doesn't matter. What does is that each person needs to be reminded that without them, this magnificent puzzle cannot be completed. That is how important I believe each person is and whatever it is they have to offer is their gift. My approach is to remind each one of their specialness and help them find ways to know this is true to the degree that they no longer need me.

What you can expect from me

My experience has been that clients have a shift during their first session. I offer alternative ways of seeing things which empowers them to understand they have the ability to navigate whatever they may be dealing with. They leave with a broader perspective and feel lighter knowing they are not as stuck as they thought. Clients will know they have someone who genuinely hears and understands them. I offer many tools to help them navigate whatever is happening.
