Anxiety, Depression, and Grief, Loss

Great to meet you!

I offer evening and weekend hours. I specialize in helping women and teens work through life challenges such as grief, divorce, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. With 15 years of experience working in public education, foster care, oncology, and hospice, I have assisted people in navigating a wide range of challenging life issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and strength-based. I take a holistic and affirming approach to mental health. We will practice how to recognize and move through your full range of emotions noticing behavioral patterns with curiosity to learn more about what your individual needs are. We will also work on increasing your capacity for self-compassion to accept and appreciate all past, present, and future parts of yourself to move forward and embrace life fully.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away from sessions a broader view of their emotions, relationships, personal needs, and coping skills. I'm ready to help you feel confident in making the decisions you need to have a fulfilling life. If you're feeling "stuck," let's take that journey together to get you back on track to the life you truly want to live.
