Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Anna! I work with adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, panic, family challenges, and periods of stress or change. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can better understand what you're experiencing while developing practical tools that can make a meaningful difference in your everyday life.

I earned my Master's in Counseling from Barry University and have worked with children, couples, families, and adults throughout my career. My style is collaborative and solution-focused. Rather than assuming I know what you need, we'll work together to understand what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and identify realistic steps that can help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe counseling works best as a team. You bring your experiences, concerns, and goals, and I'll bring support, perspective, and practical strategies to help you work toward meaningful change. Therapy can be a place to better understand what's difficult while also building skills you can use in everyday life.

I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other approaches based on your individual needs. Depending on what brings you to therapy, our work may focus on understanding patterns, managing difficult emotions, strengthening relationships, developing healthier coping skills, or finding new ways to respond to challenges.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what you'd like support with. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what needs to change or how to get there. We'll start with what's most important to you and build from there.

You can expect me to be open-minded, empowering, and solution-oriented. Together, we'll identify goals that feel realistic, explore tools and techniques that fit your life, and build skills you can continue using outside of therapy. My goal is for our work to help you feel better equipped to handle challenges with greater confidence and understanding.
