Great to meet you!

I help adults who feel stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, perfectionism, or growing up in environments where their needs weren’t fully seen or supported. Many of my clients are insightful and high-achieving but struggle internally with anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. My approach focuses on understanding the deeper “why” behind these patterns so we can create meaningful and lasting change. I integrate trauma-informed approaches, parts work, inner-child healing, and practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels more aligned.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on getting to the root of patterns rather than only managing symptoms. I often integrate parts work, trauma-focused cognitive approaches, and practical tools to help clients better understand their emotions, behaviors, and internal conflicts. Many of the people I work with have spent years pushing through life while feeling overwhelmed internally, so our work often focuses on slowing down, building self-awareness, and developing a healthier relationship with themselves.

I aim to create a space that feels supportive but also honest, where we can explore difficult experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. Together we work to untangle old patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, aligned, and authentic.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting to know each other and understanding what’s been weighing on you. You don’t need to have everything figured out or share your whole life story right away, we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable. We’ll talk about the patterns or experiences that brought you to therapy and what you’d like to change or understand better. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how I work and what our work together might look like.
