Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! I’m Anna, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. For the past 12 years, I’ve been dedicated to supporting children, families, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, using a holistic mind-body approach to promote healing and resilience. A significant part of my work focuses on helping children with emotional and behavioral challenges, particularly those struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also support parents and families in creating stronger, healthier relationships.

We all experience difficult moments, but you don’t have to go through them alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

When not with clients, I love cooking, yoga, and reading books on the couch with my best cat friend, Henry.

If you're ready to take the next step, I’m here to help!

My approach to therapy

I have training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am certified in Positive Discipline therapy and integrate parent/caregiver coaching into my work with children.

I believe a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, and utilize a holistic approach by incorporating mindfulness and positive lifestyle modification into treatment. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and completed an eight week intensive certification course in Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan from Harvard University School of Medicine.
