Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Anna! I have over 10 years of experience empowering individuals and couples to achieve their goals. I specialize in relationship and dating concerns, anxiety, setting boundaries and family conflict, as well as college students.

In couples work, I use Gottman method which is a proven approach to help couples improve communication, process infidelities and increase emotional and physical intimacy. If you want to read more about me, please visit cozycouchcounseling.org

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am described by clients and colleagues as direct, active in session and warm, and I place an emphasis on challenging my clients to achieve their goals. My goal is to empower you with insight and effective tools so you have less anxiety, better relationships and more clarity in your life. Most of the clients I work with make significant progress in a few months.

What you can expect from our first session

In individual work, the first 1-2 sessions is to establish a connection, get to know each other as well as create a plan to achieving your goals. After that, we work through the issues that bring you to therapy in a gentle non-judgmental space.

In couples work, I strive to be objective and validate both people's experiences. I will provide a lot of tools that will strengthen communication and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
