Great to meet you!
My name is Anna Grabarczyk (grah-bar-chick). European-born and raised, I bring over 12 years of clinical experience.
I provide therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. While I offer both in-person and telehealth services, I find that couples and family therapy often benefit most from the depth and connection that in-person sessions can provide.
I specialize in treating:
- Anxiety disorders — excessive worry, fear, panic, and stress that interfere with daily life.
- Depression and mood-related concerns — persistent sadness, hopelessness, low motivation, and loss of interest or enjoyment.
- Trauma and stress-related disorders — including intrusive memories, flashbacks, nightmares, and persistent rumination.
Because mental health concerns often overlap, treatment is tailored to address the unique combination of challenges each individual experiences.
I also have a special interest in supporting clients navigating:
- Life transitions and major life changes
- Family and relationship difficulties
- Career stress and burnout
- Multicultural family dynamics
- Immigration and acculturation challenges
- Low self-esteem and self-criticism
- Self-blame and perfectionism
- Boundary-setting difficulties
- Separation and divorce
- Empty nest syndrome
- Aging and later-life concerns
- Spiritual or religious questions and distress
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive, helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
