Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Anna Gray, a Colorado-based therapist who helps women reconnect with themselves and move through anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and life transitions. I came to this work after a career in tech, seeking more meaning and connection in what I do. I especially enjoy supporting women as they explore identity and navigate the question, “Who am I now?” My goal is to help you feel more in tune with yourself and supported as you move forward.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and grounded in curiosity. Sessions with me often include noticing what’s happening in your body, exploring past experiences, and building tools to help you feel more centered. I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods, including mindfulness, somatic work, and parts work, but always keep the focus on what feels most helpful for you. Clients often describe me as a calming, steady presence who helps them feel safe and seen.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often leave therapy with a stronger sense of self, more self-compassion, and greater clarity in their relationships. You can expect a warm and welcoming space where we’ll explore what’s holding you back and help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Together, we’ll work through emotions, build insight, and develop practical tools to support your growth — both in the moment and long-term.
