Great to meet you!

Therapy should feel human, safe, and accessible—especially when you’re carrying more than you can sort through alone. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, communication issues, sexuality and intimacy concerns, identity exploration, burnout, and the feeling of being stuck in patterns that won’t budge.

In my practice, clients come to me when they’re overwhelmed, disconnected—from themselves or their partners—or unsure how to move forward. I help them make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, understand the stories that shape their choices, and build healthier emotional and relational habits.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in clarity and self-compassion. Together, we create space for relief, insight, and meaningful change—whether you’re working on your relationship, your mental health, your sense of self, or all of the above.

My approach to therapy

I support individuals and couples in understanding their patterns, reclaiming their voice, and rewriting the stories that shape their lives. Growth requires clarity, compassion, and a willingness to explore what’s no longer serving you, and I’m here to guide that process. I also take a holistic view of healing, integrating therapy with supportive routines like sleep, movement, and intentional self-care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can exhale and settle in. We’ll explore what brought you here, what you’ve tried so far, and what you hope will change. You’ll get a sense of my style—warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand yourself with compassion. Most clients leave feeling heard, grounded, and surprisingly hopeful.
