Great to meet you!

Hey there! I’m Anna, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor helping adults navigate life’s challenges using evidence-based treatments. Clients often come to me when they are experiencing anxiety or overwhelm from life’s daily stressors; wanting to make a behavioral change; processing traumatic experiences; grieving the loss of a significant person, place, or role; or transitioning to a new season of life.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a client-centered approach grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy that will place your lived experience and strengths at the center of treatment. We collaborate every step of the way to make sure we are addressing what is most important to you and your mental health goals.

What you can expect from me

Counseling with me begins with an exchange of knowledge, where you tell me about yourself and what transitions or challenges you’re facing, and I provide a safe place to explore these challenges. Our first session will be just that: an exploration of your history and current mental health symptoms to identify what your treatment goals are for therapy today.
