Hi folks,

The picture you see above is what you get. I am a middle aged, white, lesbian, with experience in parenting and caretaking.

I am deeply committed to studying and practicing anti-racism, and recognize the limitations of my demographic point of view.

With a background in working with children and adults dealing with the stress of family separation, I have experience with acute mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and trauma. I am working with adults at this time.

I am warm and make people feel comfortable easily, and engage with some humor, encouragement and deep respect. I use IFS and DBT, which both support and encourage your voice, and teach skills that can make you more effective in your life and relationships, feelings and behaviors.

You will feel seen and heard. You will be challenged to be the best version of yourself you can be, which includes learning self-compassion. You will be supported.
