Great to meet you!

I specialize working with trauma, anxiety, life transitions and relational issues. I strive to support people in navigating challenges life throws at us through empowering them to build resilience, find clarity, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My passion is helping you build a grounded, stable sense of self and move beyond feelings of shame that may hold you back. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where your nervous system can regulate, making room for deep healing and growth. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, so in our work together, I’ll support you in leading each session at your own pace, helping you connect with your inner resilience and wisdom. My approach is gentle and collaborative, focused on empowering you to reclaim a strong, authentic sense of self.
