Great to meet you!

I’m a professional counselor who’s passionate about helping people feel more grounded, connected, and authentically themselves. I’ve worked with a range of concerns, especially anxiety, trauma, relational distress, and borderline personality disorder. I know that adulting in today’s world can be overwhelming — and my goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can show up as your full self, without judgment or pressure.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has a compassionate and capable core self that we are often blocked off from by stress, trauma, and the roles we’ve had to play just to get by. My work focuses on helping you reconnect with that core, understand your patterns with compassion, and make choices that move you toward empowerment, authenticity, and self-fulfillment. I take a trauma-informed approach and draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) for individual and the Gottman Method for couples work. The heart of my approach is learning to look honestly and kindly at ourselves so we can work towards healing and move powerfully toward the future we want.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm and safe environment, curiosity, and time dedicated to getting to know each other/brainstorm about how we can best meet your needs moving forward. Sessions with me are both grounding and growth-oriented: we’ll do meaningful work, while also finding space for self-compassion.
