Great to meet you!

I’m Anna Kosa, born in Ukraine in 1987, and I moved to the United States at the age of 9, allowing me to experience the best of both cultures. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in crisis centers and schools, where I’ve been able to support individuals from diverse backgrounds. I love helping others navigate through difficult times and find strength during challenging moments. Faith is at the heart of everything I do, and my deep love for God guides me in all aspects of my life. I am happily married and the proud mother of four wonderful children, who inspire me every day with their joy and love.

My approach to therapy

I am an open-minded and compassionate therapist who deeply cares about each client’s journey. My approach is client-centered and rooted in empathy—I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. I have extensive experience supporting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I believe in helping people reconnect with their inner strength and, when appropriate, guiding them to see themselves through the loving and grace-filled eyes of God. Together, we work toward healing, growth, and becoming the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a compassionate, client-centered space where they feel seen, heard, and supported. I meet clients where they are emotionally and mentally, and when they’re ready, I gently encourage them to challenge themselves and grow. Whether they need a safe space to explore, reflect, heal, or grieve, I tailor each session to their unique needs. Together, we will create a treatment plan that reflects their goals—this will be a collaborative and evolving document that helps guide our work. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they gain insight, build resilience, and move toward healing at their own pace.
