Hi there! My name is Anna and I am a licensed professional counselor, as well as licensed alcohol and drug counselor in the state of NJ. I have 6+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with an array of mental health and substance use challenges. I have worked within inpatient psychiatric units, PHP/IOPs, in-home settings, and providing outpatient therapy. I have experience using psychodynamic and third wave cognitive behavioral techniques (ACT, CBT, DBT).

My goal is to meet you where you are at and identify short-term/long-term goals together. I hope to provide a safe space for you to process what you are going through and identify techniques that work for you.
