My approach to therapy

I use mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. Areas of focus include; anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships and substance abuse. I also enjoy working with people who want to improve their athletic performance. I want to collaborate with you on whatever your goals are.
