Great to meet you!

Welcome!

My name is Anna, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas. I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and I am committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves.

I have experience working with adults across the lifespan, including older adults and their caregivers.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy can be a short-term treatment with a long-lasting impact. I often find that people feel stuck and unsure about their progress and how to use tools outside the session. I use a solutions-focused approach and DBT skills to ensure you feel like therapy is helping you reach your goals!

What you can expect from me

I use the first session as an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I usually start by sharing some background about myself, as therapy is a collaborative relationship. Most of the session is then spent learning about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain from it, and how we can work together to help you reach your goals.
