Great to meet you!

Therapy for high-functioning women who carry a lot and are ready to carry themselves differently.

You’ve moved past survival mode and into a place where you’re craving clarity, steadiness, and deeper authenticity. You show up for your life, and now you’re ready to show up for your inner work with that same intention. You may feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. The usual tools of journaling, podcasts, and powering through aren’t creating the inner shift you sense you’re ready for. This is your system signaling that you’re ready for deeper growth.

I work with women who want to take an active role in their embodied healing journey, women who are emotionally stable, motivated, and prepared to engage consistently in the therapeutic process. My practice is designed for women seeking sustained, intentional growth through weekly, engaged therapy.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with high-functioning, reflective women navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma recovery, and meaningful life transitions. My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, somatic therapy, and EMDR to help you regulate your nervous system, understand your patterns, and create real, embodied momentum.

Our work is body-based and trauma-informed, grounded in science, guided by compassion. We explore protective strategies like people-pleasing, perfectionism, and emotional over-functioning with curiosity instead of judgment, allowing you to shift into a more aligned way of living.

My style is warm, steady, and intuitively attuned. I partner best with women who take responsibility for their growth, who are ready and grounded to explore deeper work and committed enough to show up consistently. You don’t need to hit rock bottom to change; you only need the willingness to evolve.

What you can expect from me

This isn’t passive therapy. This is an intentional return to wholeness, built through presence and consistent engagement.

Sessions are focused, collaborative, and anchored in embodied clarity. You’ll leave with insight, nervous-system relief, and practices you can carry into your daily life. I work with women who are ready to participate actively, reflect deeply, and bring accountability into their healing process.

Whether we’re unburdening inherited beliefs, mapping your inner world, or exploring the quiet question “What am I becoming?", our work supports a life that feels aligned, self-led, and sustainable.

If you’re ready for grounded transformation and committed inner work, I’d be honored to support the life you are actively creating.
