Great to meet you!

I am collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented in my approach. I value open communication, consistency, and meeting clients where they are without judgment. I balance empathy with practical strategies, helping people build skills they can truly use in everyday life. I especially enjoy working with young adults navigating newfound independence, as well as supporting parents who feel overwhelmed or stuck with their children. I am committed to ensuring that every one of my clients feels meaningfully supported in their journey towards greater confidence, connection, and self-understanding.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel both supported and gently challenged, so I strive to create a space where you can be honest, explore difficult emotions, and build insight without fear of judgment.

I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and attachment-based interventions. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and never judged. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—we'll start wherever you are.

We'll spend time exploring what you're currently experiencing, what's most important to you, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy. I'll also ask questions about your background, relationships, and other areas of your life to better understand the full picture, but we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

By the end of our first session, you'll have a better understanding of how we can work together, what areas we'll focus on, and the next steps toward your goals. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, supported, and optimistic about the work ahead.
